At Highlands we believe that God has ordained two institutions to be the building blocks of His Kingdom here on earth: the Church and the Family. We believe that both institutions are dependent on each other and one is not to be given weight over the other.
At Highlands we want to be a church that does not seek to take the place of the family but to equip parents to fulfill their God-ordained role according to Deuteronomy 6, to teach their children to love the Lord their God, and to make disciples according to Matthew 28.
We seek to fulfill this mission in several ways. Please see the information below to find out more about family-equipping at Highlands.
