What Is a Community?
Communities are how we make our growing church feel small here at Highlands!
Our Communities meet each week on the 2nd and 3rd floors during the Sunday School hour, 9:30 - 10:30 AM, for fellowship, prayer and the study of the Scriptures. They also get together at other times for fun and service as a group, and it's the primary place where we seek to care and support one another in the joys and challenges of daily life.
Although each individual Community centers on the challenges and joys of following Christ in a different season of life, you’re welcome to attend any Community you wish. We currently have five Communities meeting on Sunday mornings. (Please note: The descriptions that follow are intended only to provide a profile of the life-season of the majority of each community's participants--you're welcome to attend any Community that you wish...really!)
