2026 Highlands Kids Missions Festival
We are excited to invite all children in Pre-K 4 through 5th grade to participate in the 2026 Highlands Kids Missions Festival!
Kids Missions Fest | Tuesday, February 18 at 5:00 PM
Children will meet in the 3rd floor lobby for an evening designed just for them. A pizza dinner will be provided, followed by music, crafts, games, and time with missionary guests. Kids are encouraged to wear international costumes and bring an offering to support our missionaries.
Kids Sing in Worship | Sunday, February 22
Children in Pre-K 4–5th grade will sing during the worship service. Please bring them to the Sanctuary at 8:30 AM for practice. After singing, children will be dismissed to sit with you, or you may pick them up in the Atrium.
We’d also love for families to continue learning about missions at home. Consider sharing missionary stories with your kids year-round to help open their eyes to God’s work around the world. A recommended children’s missions book is available in print or Kindle format—click HERE to purchase and enjoy reading together as a family.

Nursery
Our ministry to children begins with our youngest members. We offer nurseries for infants through 3 year olds each Sunday morning and Wednesday evenings each semester. Children are placed in a class depending on their age as of September 1 of that year and/or their level of development.

Pre-K4 through Elementary Sunday School
A vital part of our ministry is the children of our church. Many volunteers serve each year to make sure that our kids are taught the truths of Scripture and experience the love of Jesus from someone other than their parents.

Pre-K4 through Elementary Midweek Program
Children’s Wednesday Midweek activities begin with a churchwide meal at 5:15pm in the Atrium. Classes & activities for our children, grades Pre-K4 - 5th Grade, begin at 5:30. They are dismissed from dinner for playtime, music, and teaching time.
